Return Policy: No returns or refunds will be issued without a proper review of the damaged, incorrect, or defective product. All sales are final unless reviewed and revised otherwise.

 

Errors Upon Receiving Product: If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately! Items that are defective after being shipped from us will qualify for a re-issuance or a refund. Please send an email to dean@thebottlemat.com with your name, order, and a photo of the defective/wrong product.
